Rooms Hotels chain as well as most of other hotels, is paying high commisions to the third party guest providers such as booking.com.

Role

The objective of the collaboration was to help the marketing team set up search ads, configure analytics tracking (crossdomain with Synxis booking platform) and then mentor the internal team to optimise and run ads independantly.

Challenge

Setting up crossdomain analytics tracking had its complexity, considering user was navigated from hotels website to an external hotel booking engine.
Running ads in multiple languages was also a challenge, considering the newances and search habbits of each country – especially arabic and hebrew.

Solutions

With a stellar team, we reached the analytics configuration to have close to 5% discrepancy (often caused by cancelations) and reached our target CPA established bythe client from the beginning of <30$ per direct booking.

Results

The project achieved a 30% increase in direct bookings, securing #1 paid search positions on Google while maintaining a CPA below $30. This demonstrates the effectiveness of cross-domain analytics, multi-language paid media strategy, and hands-on team mentoring in driving direct revenue and reducing dependency on third-party booking platforms.
