GNTA (Georgian national tourism adminsitration) needed to renew its website, content and entire approach to digital, in order to comply with their mission of attracting more tourists to Georgia. Our task was to create a technical document descibing exactly what had to be done in order to reach this goal.

Challenge
The main challenge of the project was primarily its sheer scope. We had to create a plan to showcase the entire country and make it interesting for people of all ways of life and nationalities. Also, considering the client represented a country, we needed to make sure we complied with all the regulations and kept cool even when certain approvals took more than expected, considering the hierarchy within the ministerial structures.
